Each Live Lab session is a facilitated, interactive experience that blends case-based learning, peer dialogue, and strategic simulation. Participants work with their fellow cohort members through real-world boardroom challenges—covering the most important and timely issues confronting boards today—guided by Qualified Risk Directors®, Qualified Risk Experts™, and DCRO Institute faculty.
